Would You Call it a "Mission Statement?"

For the past week I have been stuck. I did not know what I was going to write for you guys. Praying and thinking, knowing I would have to upload today. I was hoping God would give me something to write about that points to Him, being that this blog is His. Of course, he never disappoints and gave me my "word" to share with you for today.
In my personal Bible study this morning, I came across this verse in John chapter four. The thirty-ninth verse in this chapter states, "Many of the Samaritans from the town believed in him because of the woman's testimony, "He told me everything I ever did."" While reading this verse, I immediately knew what my blog post would be about today!
This verse is my mission. My mission through life and my mission for this blog. If you wanted to, you could call it my mission statement. I was very spontaneous while creating this blog. One morning, after my Bible study, I just got to work. It never dawned on me how much work and time it would take to keep this up. I thought people would pick on me. Instead, I received so much love for stepping out and doing something that many said, "I would never be able to do that."
For this reason, I am so very thankful to God for giving me this opportunity. I know, I know, I have repeated that in ever post about this blog but it will never be a false statement. It is only because of Him that I am free and able to write to the world. So, this is my mission statement; but, it's not my only one. My dedicated followers have seen, every post that I make about my blog includes this one statement: "Pray this touches many hearts." These two statements have definitely been my hearts cry; that through my testimony, many other "Samaritans" would believe in Him.
Again I am so thankful for this opportunity to share my story, so that others will believe in Him.
This is, and will forever be, one of my favorite quotes!
